I see no difference in its overall effect and I think they taste pretty bad, too. I like Fiber Choice with antioxidants. Great taste but I still do not feel the benefits of fiber have on my diet.

I was very pleased to arrive in time, much faster than I expected. However, I realized that these tablets are very large, which has eaten two – and not very tasteful. She has a nice texture, but are annoying Chewy. And it says on the page, but only 4 grams of fiber per serving.

I tried this product for about three weeks. I can only say that the taste and texture were very good. If you are worried about an aftertaste, you can hunt with water or juice, but that may not be necessary. Unfortunately I did not notice any results, my bowel movement was more or less during rush hour Monday on a stick – not to mention, I still seemed to push boulders mini SMH * *– and not 't suppress my hungry at all. It seems to me that perhaps other factorscontributed to my lack of results, like the fact that I only remembered it after work MF I took in the early evening, as most of my eating / snacking already done for the day, even on weekends I did not notice the difference much. I was for a product that would tell me regularly and soften my stool, but unfortunately, hope it was not. Sin, with the single-dose tablets and taste decent, I was really rooting for this product. So there areis – 4 stars for taste, two stars for performance. My advice is that if you want regularity, eat more vegetables and salads, and drink plenty of water. Afterall I do think that this addition is not a laxative or a miracle fix. Most of the supplements are just a push for someone who has already established habits of good health.

I use many products and fiber that has been gathering dust on my shelf. The tablets are sweet and leave a nasty aftertaste. In terms of credit are easy to store in your purse or pocket. The tablets also contain chromium, which I, as a positive factor. The label says it contains green tea, although it can not be as much as it is the next to last ingredient list. This is not my first choice, but is better than no help at all fiber.
