I found this book incredibly useful in a time when I struggled to find answers to some questions health problems I had for a number of years that my family doctor had found no solution. Since the suggestions in this book, I could direct, and I saw a very positive improvement.

I agree with some other reviewers that it completed a lot of recommendations, but the book suggests to focus on its areas of health, work more needyThis is what I did and it worked very well. I could also suggested cheaper versions, adds Holford find it in my local Holland and Barrett. I also found that do not take the online test of 100% health, if you want, there are questionnaires in this book that are more than enough.

I'm not hoping that this book should be a "bible" of health that you follow religiously, but as a general guide I think its great. I also liked the fact that containmore spiritual / meditative elements towards the end of the book, as I have a holistic approach to health (physical and psychological thought) can only be beneficial.

Overall I was very pleased with the book and I think I'll be there at the moment again and again in the future.
