    If it is bilateral and usually involves something more serious. unilateral cases are mainly due to some form of trauma. In your case there is something to compress the nerve root in a more central, such as the spine. May be a tumor or it could be something like scleroderma, a disease that causes hardening of the skin and medical imaging blodkärl.Din arms and back and the blood work to find scleroderma and other rheumatologic diseases.
